I've had a rotten last couple days. My laptop crashed on me and I haven't had Internet access other than my husband's blackberry and it's a little bit of a pain in the butt to use when you're not familiar with it like me. So, instead I have been working intensely getting back online and I'm very proud to say that I got the system up and running again just as I was ready to give up. Of course my husband kept telling me to take it to Best Buy to have them fix it, but I was determined to do it myself. Believe me, I've given myself a big pat on the back.
Anyways, I will be posting new pics of the puppies later this evening. They are all doing great. It gets a little chaotic at times inside, but hey, that's what five 7 wk old mastiffs are about when they're all together.
Good News - Blue is now Ivan and will be going to his new mom, Theresa in North Carolina on the 19th. Purple will be going to a wonderful mastiff loving family in Wisconsin. And I've already mentioned the possibility of us keeping Violet, whom we've named Rowan, if I haven't already mentioned that in an earlier post. Pink & Peach are available, but a couple of inquiries have been made. I have to say that the small litters have been nice (4 in the first litter and 5 in this one) compared to an ad my husband seen on terrificpets.com of a litter of 17. I mean, could you IMAGINE?? lol.
Also, I wanted to let everyone know if we haven't already personally told you, all the pups have been treated with K9 Advantix (not to be confused by K9 Advantage- its not as good) at 7wks. It's the best protection you can give them, especially this time of year! This will cover them for 4 -6 wks depending on your area.
