Jade's new name is Kallie :)

I don't know if anyone has been in a situation that they think they have the perfect name for their puppy and then have changed it to something else, but I sure have and Pink's/Kallie's new owners have too.  Besides, her owner, Tara, told me she quickly realized that their daughter's nickname "J" and "Jade" caused too much confusion.  Both names are beautiful.  I know I said Jade fits her perfect, but I also like Kallie as it's close to her mom's name, Kai.  Honestly, I just like names that aren't extremely common, but I know everyone has their own opinions and likings and that's fine with me.

Tara has been wanting a mastiff for years, so this is their first one.  She told me that Kallie has been doing well.  She had her vet checkup and it went terrific.  Tara shared with me that Kallie has been reluctant to the leash, but upon leaving the vet's office she walked on it as if she had been doing it forever.  There were a few potty accidents the first few days, but that's improved (as Tara said, "knock on wood", lol).  Kallie's up to eating a full 5 1/2 cups and doing great in her crate throughout the night.

With Tara's permission, I wanted to post a little bit of what she had to say about Kallie.......

"Kallie is doing WONDERFUL, she is SUCH a JOY to have!! She is absolutely the perfect puppy for us, and we've been spoiling her like no one's business!....She's THE BEST puppy I have ever owned and once we move into a bigger house, I'm absolutely going to be getting another mastiff.  People's reactions to her are wonderful!....She has soooooo much personality!! ....Thank you again so much for the best puppy I've ever owned!!"

THANK YOU, Katzman Family for giving Kallie a great home.  I look forward to hearing about her progress and pictures over time.  We can not express in words just how happy we are for you & you're family...that goes for all our puppy owners.  Our puppies and us have truly been blessed with the kind, caring families that have purchased our pups.
