What a hot day!

Today feels about 90 here and the pups have been in for most of the day.  They've only gone out for potty and water breaks.  Lethargy sets in them after about 5 mins.  I don't blame them.  On days like today, I'd rather be in the air condition.

  I thought I'd already mentioned it, but it seems that had been in email conversations.  We began working with the puppies on potty training at 4 wks old.  While they will not come housebroken and still have their many accidents, the process has been started.  They are familiar with puddle pads & newspaper.  They will need to relieve themselves when they wake up from sleep and shortly after feedings.  Also, a telltale sign is when they are sniffing the floor relentlessly.

We wanted to give them a head start just like our past litters.  We know how aggravating potty training can be...We're working with seven of them, lol.
